The MIDP Project Management Unit is dedicated to the development and expansion of rural water supply and sanitation infrastructure. Its core mission focuses on increasing access to potable water through the construction of magistral pipelines, distribution networks, and pumping stations. Strategic priorities include the implementation of centralized drinking water systems, the installation of water metering units for household connectivity, and the deployment of project management and monitoring information systems to ensure operational efficiency.
