The Scientific Research Council focuses on the development and maintenance of specialized scientific infrastructure to support research and development. Current strategic priorities emphasize the construction and automation of controlled environment agriculture facilities, specifically greenhouses, alongside the procurement of analytical laboratory instrumentation and chemical supplies to support scientific experimentation and analysis.
