The agency frequently procures landscaping services, civil construction, and infrastructure rehabilitation work, primarily through competitive solicitation processes. Vendor relationships are built on proven experience in municipal infrastructure and environmental compliance, with no indication of targeted set-aside programs. The Town of Darien operates as a municipal entity under the state of Connecticut, managing local public works, parks, and utilities.
