The Ws Barrigada Gu office, operating under the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, is primarily focused on invasive species eradication and wildlife management in Guam. The agency targets vendors within Engineering Services, Landscaping, and Hunting and Trapping NAICS categories, as well as specialized manufacturers of fabricated metal products and optical instruments. There is a strong preference for Small Business Administration set-asides, with a specific emphasis on Women-Owned Small Business certifications for technical acquisitions.
