DL REFORESTATION, INCORPORATED

DL Reforestation, Incorporated specializes in ecological restoration and hazardous fuel reduction services across federal forested landscapes. Their core capabilities encompass mechanical and hand thinning, prescribed pile burning, timber stand improvement, and landscape-scale fuel break development using ecologically informed silvicultural practices. The contractor delivers targeted vegetation management to enhance forest resilience, reduce wildfire risk, and restore sage-steppe ecosystems, with proven expertise in implementing complex treatments under IDIQ contracts and blanket purchase agreements. Their technical proficiency includes spatial prioritization of treatment zones, invasive species control, and adherence to NEPA and environmental compliance frameworks, ensuring treatments align with long-term land management objectives. A key differentiator is their ability to execute precision forestry operations in remote, ecologically sensitive areas while maintaining strict operational safety and ecological integrity standards. The company maintains a consistent partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, primarily supporting the Forest Service in implementing forest health treatments on National Forest System lands. They also deliver critical habitat restoration and wildlife corridor enhancement projects for the Department of the Interior, particularly on Bureau of Land Management territories. Their engagement with both agencies reflects a deep understanding of interagency land management priorities and a track record of delivering mission-critical services under evolving regulatory guidance. DL Reforestation, Incorporated’s primary focus is on NAICS 115310—Support Activities for Forestry—where they operate as a niche provider of on-the-ground forest treatment services. Their vertical specialization lies in wildfire risk mitigation, ecological restoration, and fuel management in the western U.S., positioning them as a trusted contractor for agencies managing large, fire-prone public lands. As a small business structured as a 2L entity based in White City, Oregon, DL Reforestation operates with a localized, field-focused workforce experienced in the unique ecological conditions of the Pacific Northwest and Great Basin. While they hold no formal government certifications, their operational track record and geographic presence establish them as a reliable, regionally embedded provider for federal land management agencies.
