DRAKE CONSULTING LLC

DRAKE CONSULTING LLC specializes in the design, installation, and integration of advanced physical security systems for federal defense installations, with a focused expertise in Vindicator intrusion detection systems and radio frequency identification-based access control platforms. The contractor delivers end-to-end security infrastructure solutions, including the removal of legacy systems such as Monaco, deployment of duress button networks, and integration of closed-circuit television architectures to meet Air Force and other DoD security protocols. Their technical proficiency spans secure facility hardening, sensor calibration, centralized command post upgrades, and compliance-driven system modernization tailored to military base requirements. The company maintains a consistent relationship with the Department of Defense, where it executes mission-critical security upgrades at installations including Robins Air Force Base and other 78th and 317th Security Forces Squadron locations. Work performed under DoD contracts centers on enhancing perimeter and interior asset protection through integrated electronic security systems. A single contract with the Department of Agriculture reflects limited engagement in real estate leasing, but the contractor’s primary operational focus remains firmly within defense-sector physical security infrastructure. The primary NAICS code, 561621, reflects specialization in non-locksmith security systems services—specifically the installation and maintenance of electronic intrusion detection, access control, and surveillance systems. This positions DRAKE CONSULTING LLC as a niche provider in military facility security modernization, distinct from general security consulting firms. Their market positioning is defined by hands-on technical execution rather than advisory services, with a clear emphasis on hardware integration and system interoperability. As a small business structured as a 2K entity based in Horseshoe Bend, Idaho, the contractor operates without federal certifications but maintains a focused geographic footprint aligned with DoD installation needs. Their operational model emphasizes rapid deployment, on-site system integration, and compliance with military technical specifications, making them a reliable contractor for time-sensitive security infrastructure projects.
