FIND SAFETY TRAINERS, LLC

FIND SAFETY TRAINERS, LLC specializes in delivering tailored professional and management development training programs focused on safety protocols and operational readiness for military personnel. Their core capabilities center on designing and facilitating comprehensive safety presentations and structured training initiatives that align with Department of Defense standards for hazard mitigation, equipment handling, and workplace safety compliance. The contractor’s technical expertise includes developing curriculum for high-risk environments such as naval base utilities support operations, ensuring training content meets OSHA-aligned best practices and military-specific safety regulations. Key differentiators include a focus on mission-critical safety culture reinforcement, practical field-based instruction, and adaptive delivery methods suited to mobile and distributed military units. The company maintains a consistent relationship with the Department of Defense, providing targeted training services to naval installations, particularly at Naval Base Ventura County. Their engagements are mission-driven, supporting operational units with just-in-time safety education that enhances compliance, reduces incident rates, and reinforces safety discipline among personnel handling complex equipment like the Mobile Utilities Support Equipment (MUSE). FIND SAFETY TRAINERS, LLC operates exclusively within the Professional and Management Development Training NAICS 611430 category, positioning itself as a niche provider of defense-focused safety training rather than a broad-based corporate training firm. Their market focus is singular: delivering actionable, regulation-aligned safety instruction to military operational units, distinguishing themselves through context-specific content development and direct alignment with DoD safety mandates. As a small business structured as a 2L entity based in Oak Park, Illinois, the company has no federal certifications on record. Its geographic footprint is defined by its ability to deploy training services to DoD installations nationwide, with demonstrated capacity to support operations at remote naval facilities. The firm’s government market positioning is that of a specialized, responsive training vendor serving the defense sector’s evolving safety education needs.
