Little Mountain Testing Facility (LMTF) Progress-Design-Build OTThe U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, is procuring the design and construction of a 50,000-square-foot Radiation Research Facility at Little Mountain Testing Facility on Hill Air Force Base, Utah, under a Progressive Design-Build Other Transaction agreement authorized by 10 U.S.C. § 2808a.
