IMMORTAL FABRICATIONS LLC

Immortal Fabrications LLC specializes in commercial and military roofing systems, delivering durable, weather-resistant solutions for critical infrastructure. Their technical expertise encompasses full-scope roof replacement, waterproofing, membrane installation, and structural repair of shelter systems, with demonstrated experience in complex site conditions including historic and high-traffic military facilities. The contractor applies industry-standard materials such as single-ply thermoplastics, modified bitumen, and metal panel systems, ensuring compliance with military specifications for durability, drainage, and thermal performance. Their precision in executing repairs at sensitive locations like Hop Brook Lake and Lagrange and Peoria L&D sites reflects a strong command of site-specific logistics, safety protocols, and minimal-disruption construction practices—key differentiators in mission-critical environments. The company maintains a consistent relationship with the Department of Defense, delivering roofing and shelter repair services across multiple installations. Their work supports base readiness and facility sustainment, focusing on mission-critical structures that require rapid turnaround and long-term resilience under harsh environmental conditions. This recurring engagement suggests a trusted vendor status within DoD’s installation maintenance ecosystem, particularly for projects requiring coordination with garrison engineering and environmental compliance teams. Immortal Fabrications LLC operates primarily under NAICS 238160, positioning itself as a specialized roofing contractor serving government and institutional clients. Their vertical focus is on defense infrastructure, where roofing systems must meet stringent performance benchmarks for longevity, fire resistance, and structural integrity. They are not a general contractor but a niche provider focused exclusively on high-performance roof systems for federal facilities. As a small business structured as a 2L entity based in Brooklyn, NY, the company leverages regional access to Northeastern military installations while maintaining a lean, agile operational model. Though currently without federal certifications, their consistent delivery of complex roofing projects for the Department of Defense underscores a proven track record of reliability and technical competence in the federal construction market.
