J.C. LEWIS FORD, LLC

J.C. Lewis Ford, LLC specializes in comprehensive automotive mechanical repair and maintenance services for government fleets, with a focus on diagnostic precision, component replacement, and preventive maintenance of light- and medium-duty vehicles. The contractor delivers hands-on technical expertise in engine systems, transmission repair, brake systems, electrical diagnostics, and emissions compliance, specifically serving Ford-branded vehicles such as the 2021 Ford Explorer. Their work emphasizes adherence to OEM service protocols, ensuring fleet readiness and extended vehicle lifecycle through calibrated repairs and documented maintenance histories. A key differentiator is their ability to execute timely, mission-critical repairs under tight operational timelines, particularly for field-based federal assets requiring rapid turnaround. The contractor has established direct relationships with the General Services Administration and the Department of the Interior, providing responsive vehicle repair services to support federal operations. For GSA, they deliver routine and emergency mechanical repairs for agency vehicle fleets, while for the Department of the Interior, they maintain critical transportation assets used by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at remote wildlife refuges, demonstrating adaptability to geographically dispersed and environmentally sensitive operational environments. Their primary industry focus is NAICS 811111 — General Automotive Repair — where they operate as a specialized service provider for government-owned automotive assets. They are not a broad-service garage but a targeted repair shop with deep competency in fleet vehicle diagnostics and repair, positioning them as a reliable vendor for agencies requiring OEM-aligned maintenance of passenger vehicles and light trucks. J.C. Lewis Ford, LLC is a small, locally based business headquartered in Savannah, Georgia, operating under a 2L entity structure. The company holds no federal certifications but maintains a focused geographic presence in the Southeast, serving federal installations with proximity-driven responsiveness and operational continuity. Their market positioning is that of a niche, hands-on repair provider trusted for mission-critical vehicle sustainment.
