J.R. CARTER FARMS

J.R. Carter Farms operates as an agricultural producer specializing in crop production and risk management. The entity's core capabilities involve the management of agricultural operations eligible for federal revenue and price stabilization programs. Their technical expertise is centered on navigating agricultural risk mitigation, specifically through the Price Loss Coverage (PLC) and Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) programs to manage out-of-pocket losses when crop revenues fall below established benchmarks. The company works exclusively with the Department of Agriculture, where it participates in federal agricultural support programs. Their relationship with the agency is defined by the receipt of revenue-based payments and price loss coverage designed to stabilize farm income.
