JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER OF LONG BEACH

The Jewish Community Center of Long Beach specializes in the administration and execution of senior volunteer programs. Their core capabilities center on the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), where they recruit, manage, and deploy older adults to provide essential services that address identified community needs. They possess technical expertise in volunteer coordination, community partnership development, and the implementation of statutory and budgetary match requirements for federally funded social service initiatives. The organization works exclusively with the Corporation for National and Community Service. Their relationship with this agency is focused on the long-term sponsorship and operational management of the RSVP of Greater Long Beach, delivering consistent community-based volunteer services over several decades.
