NOVA – Wakefield District

NOVA – Wakefield District specializes in community health integration and the coordination of voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organizations. Their core capabilities include managing the Community Builder programme, where they serve as a critical interface between community-based voluntary offers and primary care services. They focus on integrating VCSE organizations into community mental health frameworks to enhance the accessibility and delivery of care. The organization works with the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board, primarily delivering integrated care solutions and managing Connecting Care Hubs to bridge the gap between community resources and formal healthcare providers.
