RACK EM UP CONSTRUCTION LLC

RACK EM UP CONSTRUCTION LLC specializes in commercial and military roofing systems repair and restoration, with demonstrated expertise in seam sealing, fastener security, and soffit replacement using gasketed fasteners and matched materials. Their technical proficiency centers on metal roofing systems, including panel reseaming, exposed fastener mitigation, trim reinstallation, and weatherproofing enhancements to extend service life and ensure structural integrity. The contractor applies precise adherence to statement of work requirements, emphasizing durability, moisture resistance, and aesthetic continuity—critical for high-traffic facilities such as military gyms. Their approach prioritizes long-term performance over temporary fixes, leveraging industry-standard roofing protocols to address degradation at the component level without full system replacement. The company has delivered work for the Department of Defense, specifically on facility maintenance projects requiring compliance with military construction standards. Their engagement focuses on mission-critical infrastructure where weather exposure and heavy use demand robust, code-compliant roofing solutions. This relationship suggests a pattern of repeatable, low-disruption repairs in operational environments where downtime must be minimized and material compatibility strictly maintained. RACK EM UP CONSTRUCTION LLC operates primarily under NAICS 238160, positioning them as a specialized roofing contractor serving institutional and defense sectors. Their market focus is narrow but deep, concentrating on repair and restoration rather than new construction, distinguishing them as a niche provider for asset preservation in federal and military facilities. As a small business structured as a 2L entity based in Nephi, Utah, the company maintains a regional footprint with targeted federal engagement. While currently holding no formal government certifications, their ability to execute precise, specification-driven roofing repairs for DoD clients demonstrates operational reliability and technical competence aligned with federal maintenance standards.
