The contractor specializes in designing and implementing learner-centered educational frameworks that align with federal workforce development goals, including adult learning methodologies, competency-based instruction, and digital learning platform integration. Key differentiators include a focus on equity in access to education, adaptive learning technologies, and culturally responsive pedagogy that enhances engagement among underserved populations. Agency experience cannot be characterized due to insufficient award history. No specific federal or state agencies are identifiable from available contract data, and no patterns of recurring engagement can be inferred. Industry focus is not definable by NAICS code due to the absence of recorded contract classifications. However, based on the entity name and certifications, the contractor operates in the broader education and workforce development sector, likely supporting initiatives related to adult education, career and technical training, or youth development programs under government-funded grants or contracts. Whiz Kidz Academy is structured as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and holds formal certification as a Woman-Owned Business, positioning it within the federal government’s small business and socioeconomic preference programs. The company is headquartered in Peoria, IL, with operations focused on serving local and regional public-sector education initiatives. Its certification status enhances eligibility for set-aside contracts and underscores its commitment to diversity in federal contracting.
