******7/24/26:  The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate responses to vendor questions and extend the quote submission deadline to August 03, 2026 at 3:00PM EST.


7/23/26:  The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the quote submission date to July 29, 2026 at 3:00PM EST.



The Department of Labor (DOL), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has a requirement for Pump Calibrators as defined in the attached Scope of Work (SOW). 


This RFQ will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). 


This requirement is set aside for small businesses. 


This requirement will be awarded as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) award. 


This product shall be made in America and is subject to the Buy American Act (BAA).


Period of Performance:  August 05, 2026 – August 04 2029.


Questions pertaining to this RFQ are due by 3:00 PM EST on July 20, 2026.


Quotes are due by 3:00 PM EST on July 24, 2026.
