The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate a BOA Order under existing contract N0003025G1038 issued on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), Pittsfield, MA.


The Contractor shall provide efforts in supporting the 015 component modernization. This shall encompass turnaround planning for currently deployed assets, conducting In-Progress Reviews (IPRs) with all relevant stakeholders, ordering necessary parts and materials for the modernization, and executing the initial production build upgrade and test. Efforts performed under this Order shall be performed in accordance with OD 71961, Program Plan for the 015 Power Converter Refresh Plan.
