Поставка Товару здійснюється партіями згідно із заявками Покупця протягом трьох робочих днів з моменту отримання Постачальником заявки, але не пізніше 18.12.2026. Постачальник відповідно до видаткової накладної на відповідну кількість Товару видає Покупцю дозвільні документи на отримання Товару Покупцем – талони. Право власності на Товар переходить від Постачальника до Покупця з моменту підписання видаткової накладної та відповідної передачі талонів і може бути реалізоване в будь-який момент на АЗС протягом строку дії талонів. Строк дії талонів - 12 місяців з дати їх видачі (активації). Передача Товару Покупцю здійснюється по талонах, які є товарно-розпорядчими документами і підставою на відпуск Товару з АЗС, що обслуговують талони, емітентом яких є Постачальник. Покупець зобов’язується оплатити Товар, зазначений у видатковій накладній, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з моменту підписання видаткової накладної. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати отримання Покупцем відповідного бюджетного асигнування для закупівлі Товару. Товар не може бути походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран
