All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this notice. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The Department of Labor is currently seeking sources for both Hazardous Waste Disposal and Dangerous Goods Shipping. Respondents shall submit their responses in accordance with the attached Request for Information (RFI). They can either submit responses to one or both PWS's. In responding to this Sources Sought Notice, respondents should submit their responses to Maria Britton, contact@example.gov with a cc to Deborah Worrells at contact@example.gov. Please use the Q&A Log to submit questions. Questions should be submitted by 2:00PM EST on May 17, 2023.
