THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) CONSISTING OF A BASE YEAR AND FOUR 1- YEAR OPTION PERIODS AND WILL BE SOLICITED UTILIZING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. THE ITEM IS FULLY COMPETITIVE IN ACCORDANCE WITH BASIC DRAWING NUMBER 81205 458-58422-595. AN EXPORT CONTROL BIDSET EXISTS FOR THIS NSN. "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.
