The Clinical Consultation Program Concept Paper is the precursor to a forthcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) the New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) expects to release in the fall of 2024. ACS is seeking contractors to provide clinical consultation services to CPS teams throughout the five boroughs in Collaborative Assessment, Response, Engagement and Support (CARES), Protective Diagnostic (PD), and Family Service Units (FSU) teams in Borough Offices. The Clinical Consultation Program will also support the Division of Child Protection’s Office of Special Investigations (OSI), which investigates maltreatment allegations involving foster parents, ACS staff, and/or childcare providers.
