Les soumissions doivent être accompagnées d'une garantie de soumission signée, qui doit correspondre à dix pour cent (10 %) du montant de la soumission, sous forme d’un chèque visé, d’une traite, d'une lettre de garantie irrévocable ou d'un cautionnement.
