We are pleased to invite you to attend a Ground Transportation Industry Day to discuss an upcoming requirement for G7 Summit ground transportation. For the 2025 G7 Leaders’ Summit in Kananaskis, Alberta in the spring to summer 2025. The requirements include but are not limited to the provision of small, medium sized and large motor vehicles with drivers for transportation of passengers between sites in Calgary, Canmore, Kananaskis, the Bow Valley, and Banff. Regular shuttle services, dedicated vehicles, and on-call services will be required over the period of the summit as well as approximately 2 months before and 3 days afterwards. Vehicle needs are expected to start small in Spring 2025 but hit an estimated 100+ vehicles per day during the summit period in the summer of 2025.
