The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number 091075.02 titled Solar Field – Campus Utilities Extension until 2:00 p.m. local time on October 28, 2026 the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publiclyopened and read aloud. All work on this Contract is to be completed by September 30, 2027. Contractor to install permanent equipment or temporary equipment as required to connect solar/battery system power to the campus electrical distribution system by 7/15/2027. In order for your bid to be accepted, you must have purchased the bid documents from the above location. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Hard copy of contract documents can be purchased from Avalon for the fee of printing plus shipping with check or credit card. Digital copies can be purchased for $49.00. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. All questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding the contract documents are to be directed to: FacilitiesContractAdmin@oneonta.edu and to liddlet@liro-hill.com. The last day for questions or requests for clarification regarding the contract documents is October 21, 2026 by 5:00pm. A project walk through will be held on October 13, 2026 at 11:00 am. Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders during the procurement process. Failure to adhere to this provision may result in the disqualification under the NYS Procurement Lobbying Act. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
