Full Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to furnish a working 1.5 meter, Infrared (IR) Telescope to the Infrared Space System Directorate, Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, California. All other items and service (e.g. IR spectrograph and observers for recording data) will be provided by the Government/Aerospace team. The contractor shall allow The Government/Aerospace team or Government/Aerospace authorized users designated and supported by Government/Aerospace team to attach their IR sensors, including but not limited to, the Broadband Array Spectrograph System (BASS), Mid-wave IR Imaging Spectrograph (MIRIS), and the Circular Variable Filter Wheel (CVF) spectrometer, to the telescope and to operate the system periodically to collect data.
