Based on market research this item is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR Part 12. The required quantity is 134,400 each to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. A 100% option will be included in the solicitation. FOB origin and Inspection and Acceptance at destination are required First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. This material is commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 in its solicitation for this item. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 05/30/2018. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
