This contract, executed on behalf of the U.S. Army Center of Military History, will be a firm-fixed-price agreement and delivered to Fort Leslie J. McNair in Washington, D.C. The contract award is justified under the authority allowing sole source procurement when only one responsible source can fulfill the agency’s specific needs, emphasizing the unique nature of the item offered by Historical Art Prints. This notice is not a solicitation for competitive quotes, and no alternative proposals will be considered. Interested parties may submit expressions of interest and capability statements by the specified deadline; however, the government retains full discretion whether or not to compete the contract following these submissions. Communications regarding this contract opportunity are to be directed exclusively to the designated Contract Specialist, James Johnson, via email, and phone inquiries will not be entertained. This action aligns with FAR 6.302-1 guidelines, underscoring the unique cultural and historical significance of the item being procured.
