City of Reynolds (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 100,000 Gallon Clear Well Division IV. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Reynold¿s City Hall located at 3 East William Wainwright Street, Reynolds, GA 31076, until Friday, August 14, 2026, at 1:30 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Work consists of installation of 100,000-gallon clear well complete with aerator, 500 gpm high service pump assemblies, electrical, fill & discharge piping, and any appurtenance necessary for a complete installation. Contract Time: 365 Days. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from Watkins & Associates, LLC, 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, Georgia 31793, (229) 388-8823 (Office of the Engineer), upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $300.00 (cash or check) or $309.00 (credit/debit card) for each set.
