No exceptions to this will be permitted.All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.Brief Description of WorkHotel Patricia, located at 403 East Hastings, was built in 1912 and is a 195-unit SRO, six-storey building with a basement. The ground floor includes the main entrance/lobby and a commercial unit of approximately 6,046 sq. ft.The building consists of:125 units (~100 sq. ft.) 45 standard rooms (~130 sq. ft.) 25 units (~200 sq. ft.)Approximately 90 rooms are vacant, and 50-60 units can be used as swing space during construction. The project includes major building envelope, electrical, mechanical, fire-safety, plumbing, lobby and bathroom upgrades, delivered through a phased construction approach coordinated with the building operator to minimize disruption.The selected Contractor must mobilize by July 3, 2026.This is a public solicitation issued through BC Bid.
