The 108th Wing intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Pacmin Inc for three (3) KC-46 1:25 Aircraft display models and supporting hardware needed including mounting poles and ancillary equipment. 


This action is being conducted under the Primary Authority: FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) of RFO FAR 6.103-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements,10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1).
