AMENDMENT:


After continuous Market Research it's been determined that the 30 Day ARO for the headsets is not a feasible timeline. It's been updated to reflect a 24-25 Week ARO, and will accept a staggered approach of delivery and will accept delivery of items are they are availble to ship.


The 118TH OG requires the purchase and delivery of THIRTY-ONE (31) Clear-Com CCC-802065-66-M and FIFTEEN (15) CC-300-X4 headsets.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) subpart 12.200, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


1.  This requirement will be solicited through SAM.gov, submit offers to SSgt Christy McGrew at christy.mcgrew@us.af.mil. 


Quotes are due 15 August 2026; 1600 CST.


2.  The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, dated 13 March 2026.


3.  This RFQ is to be solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334220 with a small business size standard of 1250 employees.


4.  The anticipated contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The contract line-item number (CLIN) structure is as follows:
