This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services is prepared in accordance with FAR part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number W912D0-27-Q-A002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for 11th Airborne Division Historian and Coordination Support Services at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul.


This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services and the small business size standard is $24.5 million.
