INVITATION TO BID 12.47kV–277/480V Pad-Mounted TransformersProject No. CCL-25-12PAC Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for 12.47kV–277/480V Pad-Mounted Transformers, as described in the Technical Specifications, will be received by the City of Centralia, Attn: Willie Wright, P.E., Engineering & Operations Manager, 1100 North Tower Avenue, Centralia, Washington 98531, until 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at which time all bids shall be publicly opened and read out loud. The Bid Documents may be obtained after Saturday, September 13, 2025, by registering on the City’s website: https://cityofcentralia.procureware.com/login, and downloading the bid documents. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal form contained in the Bid Documents, addressed and mailed, or hand delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked “SEALED BID: 12.47kV–277/480V Pad-Mounted Transformers,” along with the name and address of the bidder. Bids will be publicly opened and read on the date, time and location listed above. A surety bond, cashier’s check, or certified check of the bidder, made payable to “City of Centralia,” for five percent (5%) of the bid, must accompany each bid.
