The Project includes the following Work: Installing a permanent, packaged natural gas generator at the 12th Street Distribution and Engineering facility locations. Work to include all associated electrical construction, site work, utilities, foundations, and restoration. The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. OBTAINING THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS - Information and Bidding Documents for the Project are available at no cost at PennBid: pennbid.bonfirehub.com Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. PRE-BID CONFERENCE - A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Erie Water Works located at 240 W 12th St., Erie, PA 16501. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
