Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided by the Navy. This procurement is restricted to EaglePicher authority (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This item is an explosive device. A safety survey will be required. Explosive weight .0002 LBS, Explosive Class NR. Production lot testing and contractor data requirements list apply.
