The Statutory Authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, when there is a supply or service available only from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agencys needs. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis through OMNI Distribution, 5141 State Hwy 218, Crawfordsville, AR 72327-1900 +1 (555) 000-0000. Solicitation number W911N2-09-T-0129 will be released O/A 1 June 2009 and close O/A 11 June 2009.
