Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided by the Navy. This procurement is restricted to Pacific Scientific EMC (06331) authority (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This item is an explosive device. A safety survey will be required. Explosive weight 0.425780 LBS, Explosive Class 1.4. Production lot testing, contractor data requirements list, and FOB origin apply.
