   1. Quantity 4 each of reusable CDS Honeycomb sets configurable into 36”x36”x3”, 36”x42”x3”, and 42”x42”x3”; Quantity 4 each of reusable Skid Board 48”x48”x3/4-1” with pre-drilled 2g restraint holes.  All items must be approved by Quartermaster at Ft. Liberty for CDS Unilateral Airdrop Training (UAT)
   2. Anticipated award date is 10 September 2026. 
   3.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation and/or technical capabilities.  All quoted solutions must be approved by the UAT, to be considered for solicitation.  Approval from the UAT must be obtained prior to submitting a response for consideration.
   4. Intended source is Quality Research & Development Consulting Inc. SAM UEI: EM44W87HLNL7,  CAGE: 0S7K2 as they have been deemed the manufacturer and sole provider of the authorized CDS bundles for airdrops.
