14--MECHANISM ASSEMBLY, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
Solicitation # N0038326RHA84
Solicitation NO0383-26-R-HA84, issued by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia, is a requirement for the teardown, evaluation, repair, and modification of Mechanism Assemblies (NSN 77E 1440-01-413-3910 MX). The contract follows a one-year induction period from the date of award, during which the contractor is responsible for receiving F-condition assets and returning them to service. Key performance metrics include strict adherence to Repair Turnaround Times (RTAT) and the provision of a monthly throughput constraint per NSN. Contractors must utilize the Commercial Asset Visibility Repairables Portal (CAV RP) for transaction reporting within five business days of asset receipt and provide Item Unique Identification (IUID) for all parent items and subassemblies.
