The Precision Strike Systems Program Office Mission Squadron Trainer (MST) Integrated Product Team (IPT), Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, Florida, plans to contract for an upgrade to the MST/MRTS due to a change in the weapon, contractor logistic support for the repair of MST non-warranty failures, support of six operational sites to repair/support the MST/MRTS, eliminate a software discrepancy or upgrade due to obsolete parts, and provide engineering support to accomplish analyses (failure, reliability and improvements). It is our belief that only Lockheed Martin Vought Systems, Dallas, TX can supply this support. Lockheed Martin designed and built the MST/MRTS and is the sole owner of the technical data. The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed Price/Time and Material. Interested firms should submit a Statement of Capability (SOC) within 15 days of this announcement.
