Issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract which will include a single NSN: 1430-01-392-5198, Randome Feed Assembly, Purchase Requisition Number 1000052907. The approved sources for this requisition are: ROYAL PLASTIC MFG. INC CAGE: 16357 RADANT TECHNOLOGIES INC. CAGE: 3J847 OMOHUNDRO COMPANY CAGE: 33747 This NSN is a Configuration Control Item, Higher Level Contract Quality Requirements apply ISO 9001:2008 equivalent or better (Manufacturers and Non-Manufacturers). This requisition is a CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. The QCC code is "ECA", Measuring and Test Equipment apply. The Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This NSN is not commercial, Requested delivery is 96 Days ARO. A total of one NSN is targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that a base and four (4) option years will be priced for the initial contract award. The proposed contract is supported by a J & A IAW FAR 6.302-1. This requirement will be solicited as women- owned small business (WOSB) eligible under WOSM program set-aside. This requirement will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The estimated annual quantity is 19 each per contract period. The contract will include a quaranteed minimum quantity of 5 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 145 each. The minimum delivery order is 19 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 19 each. This solicitation included provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction. Deliveries wil be to the DLA stock locations on the east and west coast.
