This is a solicitation to award a firm-fixed price contract for the 149th MXS Pressure Washing System. The 149th Fighter Wing requires a stationary pressure washing unit or units to provide water to two separate sprayers. The system should be able to output water at or above 175 degrees F. The two sprayers are on opposite sides of a building that is approximately 100 Ft Wide and 40ft Tall. Plumbing is already present from a previous system and may be able to be used. Both sprayers must have hose reels with at least 100ft of hose. Each system should be able to output at least 3000 PSI and 3.5 GPM to both sprayers simultaneously. Controls for the system should be mounted locally next to or nearby each sprayer. 120V, 277V and 480V electrical power is available on site. 2 PSIG Natural gas is also available on site. Further details can be found in the Product description attached. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR 12.201 Solicitation procedures and is supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.


 In accordance with RFO FAR 5.101(b)(1)(i), a separate presolicitation notice is not required.


This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333310 Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.


A Site Visit will be offered for this project on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 9:00 am CDT. All travel costs for the site visit are at the expense of the contractor and will not be reimbursed by the Government. There is a limit of 2 people per organization.
