Solicitation # N0038326QBA75
NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support in Philadelphia is seeking competitive proposals for the repair of two radar transponders, part number 4079100-0522, intended for use on the KC130-J platform. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 15 provisions, and notably, the government is not utilizing FAR Part 12 commercial item policies for this requirement. Any organization not currently approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, though the government has specified that the procurement process will not be delayed to accommodate such approvals. This is a competitive solicitation that is not designated as a total small business set-aside, and all procedures will be handled electronically.
