THIS IS A NAVY CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM (CSI). DELIVERY: 854 DAYS ARO TO THE DESIGNATED LOCATION. UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION APPLIES. OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES.
