NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to award a sole source contract to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp for the procurement of seven pitch lock actuators, identified by NSN 1650016672399 and part number 06650-08810-103. Because Sikorsky is the original equipment manufacturer and the government lacks the necessary data rights to seek other vendors, this acquisition is being conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302. The delivery terms are set as FOB Origin, and the anticipated award date is December 2026. The procurement will follow FAR Part 15 procedures and is not designated as a total small business set-aside. While the government intends to negotiate with a single source, interested parties may submit capability statements or proposals within 45 days of the synopsis for consideration. All solicitation activities and the final request for proposal will be managed electronically via NECO, with the primary point of contact being Lauren N. Phillips.
