Due to the lack of available technical data, government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge, the government intends to solicit this requirement under FAR 6.302-1, restricting acquisition or repair to sources specifically designated on a source control or selected item drawing per DoD-STD-100. The procurement is managed by the DLA Aviation office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with Joseph Gambino serving as the contracting officer. The requirement falls under NAICS code 332912.
