THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT (NGC 70974) FOR THE REPAIR OF THE ATTACHED.
