This contract, issued by the Navsup Weapon Systems Support under the Department of Defense, concerns the repair of NIIN 016017099. A recent amendment has increased the required quantity of repairs from 5 to 15 units. The agreement establishes a strict Repair Turnaround Time of 119 days from the date of physical receipt at the contractor facility to final government acceptance. Contractors are required to report all transactions in the Commercial Asset Visibility system within five business days of receipt. The contract includes an induction expiration date set for 365 days after the award date, after which no further assets are authorized for repair without a bilateral agreement. While early and incremental deliveries are preferred, the contractor must provide specific throughput constraints for the National Stock Number. Failure to meet the established turnaround times may result in price negotiations and assessments. The procurement is governed by standard federal clauses regarding equal opportunity, the Buy American Act, and national defense priority ratings.
