17--NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD - SOLE SOURCE

The U.S. Marshals Service, through its Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System Division, plans to award a sole source purchase order to Jeppesen Sanderson Inc. for flight planning and ground handling services that support flight operations.
