The Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center is conducting market research for the Air Operations Support Mission Control Center (AOS MCC) follow-on requirement. The contractor will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, training, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to support 24/7 mission control center operations at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia, and a designated alternate location. The scope of work includes mission planning, execution, reporting, and administration, with specific requirements for real-time aircraft tracking and rapid vacancy fulfillment. The government is currently evaluating its acquisition strategy, specifically considering the use of the GSA OASIS+ Multi-Agency Contract vehicle, particularly the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business pool, versus an open market procurement via SAM.gov. The anticipated award date is February 16, 2027, with a phase-in start date of March 1, 2027. This effort is categorized under NAICS 488190. As this is a sources sought notice and not a formal Request for Proposal, the government is seeking capabilities statements from both small and large businesses to determine the most advantageous procurement path.
