This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) # W50S7U-26-Q-A002.
The following attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 (effective 13 Mar 26).
This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45M applies to this procurement. Product Service Code (PSC) is Y1AA. Construction Wage Determination (WD) # IL2026004 for Illinois is in effect for this requirement. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. RFQ Submission and Information for CES Repair Customer Service Suite B-48:
1. Quotes shall conform to the CLIN structure and instructions in the SF1442 attached in this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
2. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for detailed description of requirements along with additional pertinent documents.
3. Quotes shall be submitted following the instructions in the SF 1442. The preferred submission method is email and shall be submitted to Capt Alicia Braun and MSgt Amanda Brenizer at Alicia.Braun@us.af.mil, and Amanda.Brenizer@us.af.mil not later than (NLT) the time specified in the SF 1442. Oral offers will not be accepted.
4. The resulting contract will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).
5. Quotes will be evaluated to determine the best value to the Government providing the greatest overall benefit in response to the requirement based on price and price related factors.
6. Site visit date, time, and location identified in the subject SF 1442.

Lack of registration will make an offer ineligible for contract award.
